Shipping FAQ


Please note that these times are provided as a guide only and it could take longer during sale, peak or holiday periods. As we are utilizing the services of a third party (DHL & USPS) to deliver our products, we have no control over delivery times. Shipments can be subject to various delays that are outside of our control (such as carrier or shipping delays, weather, etc). 

All items in store take 2-7 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below. *Remote/distant regions may experience higher transit times.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times.  Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is misdirected, undeliverable, or lost because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. 

Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. We ship to the address provided by the customer and are not responsible for address changes after shipping. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@bonjourmiamour.com as soon as possible. However there is a 24 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 24 hours, it is out of our control. We do not offer any refunds on orders that were sent to the wrong address, so please make sure to enter the correct address and triple check to be 100% sure.

BonjourMiAmour is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

BonjourMiAmour will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

BonjourMiAmour reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Once we have shipped your order and provided the tracking information, we have fulfilled our responsibility.

Once an order has been placed, processed, and/or shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel the order. Please do note that delays are to be expected, and is not a reason for a refund or to cancel an order. Orders have been delayed by customs before, and are not a reason to cancel the order or for BonjourMiAmour to issue a refund. 

If your order has been delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the USPS / DHL. We are not responsible for packages left and theft, and any packages lost in transit due to the USPS / DHL error.


How much does it cost?

Shipping is FREE on ALL orders. 

Do we ship products internationally?
BonjourMiAmour serves as a provider catering to customers only across the United States, all of Europe, Canada, Australia and The United Kingdom. 

If I order multiple products, can they be shipped in the same package?
To reduce shipping delay for our valued customers, all products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our warehouse.

I’ve put down the wrong shipping info/size order/variant order! What do I do? 
Prevention is this best protocol for this scenario. Please triple check that all information submitted is correct when following the purchasing process. If you do happen to make any error, please contact support@bonjourmiamour.com as soon as possible and we will try and correct the error as long as your order has not been shipped out. As our products are processed the day of the purchase submission, we cannot guarantee your purchase info will be corrected. All customers will be subject to re-purchasing the desired items if an error occurs. We do not offer any refunds on orders that were sent to the wrong address.

Occasionally an item sells out and we may need to cancel your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, we will notify you by email and you will be refunded in full.
